Licensed Psychologist wanting to help you find a path towards meaning and enrichment.

I am a licensed psychologist who believes in building a nonjudgmental and accepting therapeutic relationship. In our supportive environment, I hope to help reduce the strength and power of upsetting and undesired thoughts and emotions for the purpose of living a more meaningful life. The benefits of my approach to individual therapy are not to simply reduce suffering, but to increase flourishing and connection with your life.

I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, identity exploration needs, and adjustments to lifestyle changes. My background for treatment of these issues is based on training in mindfulness-based approaches and empirically supported treatments, such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

In addition to individual therapy, I also conduct ADHD and personality testing. Too often, people struggle to make their academic and occupational dreams come true just because of lack of appropriate resources. Even more often, people have difficulty truly figuring out themselves — what their struggles and strengths say about them, what they can do to improve their situation, how they can navigate the world more effectively. I provide support in getting access to these insights and accommodations.

Outside of work, you would be most likely finding me playing video or board games, bowling, or watching sports (especially football). I also find a lot of joy in cooking and baking — I may ask you for a recipe or two if you share the same passion!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges.

For almost decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across a wide range of settings. In a hospital setting I worked along side primary care physicians, nurses, and psychiatrists to help patients advocate for their medical and medication needs. In schools, I’ve worked closely with kids and teens (and their equally brave parents) to tackle academic stress, emotional struggles, and everything in between. And in the community, I’ve been there to listen, advocate, and walk alongside folks dealing with life transitions, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and other general life stressors.

In all of these roles I have worked with people with Autism and ADHD. In the last 3-4 years I have really started to feed my passion of learning by educating myself even more about ADHD and Autism.

My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a strong belief that therapy/coaching doesn’t have to feel stiff or “too clinical” to be effective. Expect a mix of real talk, humor, out-of-the-box thinking and practical tools that meet you where you are without judgment. Who says therapy and coaching can’t be fun?

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of coffee (my version of zen), being by the water, going on walks, playing video games, listening to music and making people laugh at least once during a session (even if it’s just me).

If you're looking for a therapist/coach who's approachable, down-to-earth, and deeply committed to your growth, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
