ADHD/Autism/AuDHD Coaching

Through our coaching, we aim to inspire confidence, reduce overwhelm, and create a path forward that leads to personal fulfillment, wellbeing and a greater self of belonging.

What is Coaching and how can it help me?

Living with ADHD, autism, or both can present unique obstacles in everyday life — whether it’s staying organized, managing emotions, navigating social situations, or simply feeling understood.

Coaching is not therapy, it’s about improving functioning and daily tasks

You will meet with one of our coaches to assess needs and develop goals based on areas of your life you would like to improve. Together you and your coach will come up with a personalized plan and strategies.

As your personal coach, we will work towards helping you:

  • Identify the things that get in the way of daily functioning (inattention, feeling overwhelmed or avoidant, impulsivity- buying a lot of hobby items, struggling with organization, remembering tasks, perfectionism, and feelings of rejection or that you aren’t good enough)

  • Prioritize your needs to improve

  • Look at what you have done before, were you excited about something and it became another thing that let you down? We will look at this and do some problem solving or know this is something to avoid and not waste more time on

  • Develop practical ideas and strategies based on other client’s experience with ADHD and Autism as well as educational courses to learn tools that speak to the ADHD and Autism brain

  • Navigate areas of interpersonal communication difficulties, whether they be friendly, familial, romantic, or occupational

  • Improve emotional regulation and other quality-of-life skills

This is a judgement free space. We want to work closely with you on a plan to help you thrive with ADHD, Autism, or other aspects of neurodivergence. Let’s put that scattered energy together to become an even better superpower.

A diagnosis is not a prediction. It doesn’t tell you what’s possible. It doesn’t change you, your colleague, your child, or your friend. It just opens up tricks and tools to thrive.
