ADHD and Personality Testing
Do you want insight or direction in your life?
Do you struggle with focus and restlessness and think you might have ADHD?
Do you desire deeper understanding of what does (and does not) work for you?
Testing may be what you need
What is ADHD and Psychological Testing?
Psychological testing involves structured assessments and interviews conducted and evaluated by trained, licensed clinicians to evaluate aspects of functioning. At Mindful You, we can help identify ADHD or personality concerns, provide diagnostic clarity, and then share examples for personalized accommodations and recommendations to fit your needs and unique profile.
Why Should I Seek ADHD or Psychological Testing?
ADHD and psychological testing can be very helpful! Some of the possible reasons why engaging with these assessments could be helpful are:
Accurate Diagnosis: Clarify whether symptoms are due to ADHD, anxiety, depression, other conditions, or some combination
Personalized Treatment Planning: Influence therapeutic approaches, helping guide treatment to in a way unique to you
Self-Awareness: Understand your cognitive strengths, emotional tendencies, and personality traits
Support for Accommodations: Assist with obtaining academic, workplace, or mental health accommodations
We always use validated, empirically tests and assessments and take time to walk you through your results clearly, compassionately, and nonjudgmentally. Testing is not to get a label; rather, it is a tool to empower growth and understanding.
